“… The point is that conservatives are being deceived by the people they trust when it comes to the health-care bill. That process of misinformation might also be happening among conservative elites, as you can see in the transmission from Cannon to Charen. Now, I can’t say whether Charen knows better and is attempting to mislead her readers by repeating this stuff or is honestly confused. I can say she has at least three factual errors in a paragraph that only includes three facts, that the National Review published it, and that it seems plausible that this is the sort of work that conservatives are using to form their impressions of the law.”
